AOC Exhibitor Registration 2017
You are invited to apply for exhibition space in ART ON CHOCOLATE, in Downtown Hershey. This fine art and craft exhibition will max out at 100 juried exhibitors, 50 non-juried exhibitors and will host a large children's area, food court and entertainment stages. In partnership many downtown businesses and community organizations, we expect over 20,000 people for what is growing into a premier show.
ART ON CHOCOLATE is being held in downtown Hershey. Within our historic downtown backdrop shadowed by the iconic Hershey Kiss lights will be multiudes of additional events at the Hershey Story, Hershey Theater, and other downtown stages, and retailers.
Exhibitors will be setting up their booths along Chocoate Avenue starting at the intersection of Ridge Road to Cocoa Avenue. Food Courts, Children's Area, and performance stages will be placed in specific entertainment areas.
Exhibitor sizes available are 10' x 10', 20' x 10'. Food space and Children's area spaces are available at various sizes as needed.
All exhibitors must provide their own professional booth structure with cover and tables with coverings.
Exhibitors set up time starts at 7:00 am. Each exhibitor must be ready to conduct business by 10 am. Teardown will start at 5 pm and finish by 7 pm. All trash must be removed and hauled away from the street.
JURIED ARTIST GUIDELINES
All exhibitors will complete this application. Jurors will determine if you will be placed in the juried area or non-luried area. Juried art/craft will be orginial work/fabrication/ design, no "buy-sell" work will be permited. Non-luried art/craft will involve work from molds, kits, patterns, plans, prefabricated forms or other commercial methods.
All artists must personally attend their exhibit and all artists must be present during the entire event All artists must be responsible for their own work.
Artists must supply display equipment. The DHA/HDTHS will NOT be held liable for toss or damage to work or property or for personal injury, nor shall the artists or any of their representatives be a party to any legal action against any of the above named.
Artwork presented with this application must be representative of the work to be shown at the festival. Only works of art personally created by the artist may be displayed or offered for sale.
HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to register as an exhibitor. You may complete and return the festival application and mail the application with check to the address listed below. Alternatively, you may register online by completing the form below and clicking the submit button. You will then be redirected to a page where you may pay by PayPal. Note that in either case you must also mail any CD/DVD, non-returnable photos/ slides, or website link of items to be exhibited.
No entry will be processed without a completed application accompanied with proper payment.
Upon acceptance, there will be no refunds for cancellations.
